By using the Think Pro Images website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Website content, images and designs may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices and specifications will be confirmed before production where necessary. Prices may change before an order is accepted.

Artwork & Proofs

Customers are responsible for ensuring supplied artwork, images, text, spelling, colours and specifications are correct. Approved proofs are considered final, and changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed when ordering. Work may not proceed until the required payment has been received. Additional charges may apply to overdue accounts where legally permitted.

Production & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled after work has commenced may incur charges for work already completed and costs incurred. As many printed products are personalised, change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Defective or Damaged Goods

Any concerns regarding defective, damaged or incorrect goods should be reported promptly in writing. Where a genuine fault is confirmed, an appropriate remedy will be offered in accordance with applicable law.

Copyright & Customer Artwork

Customers must have permission to use all artwork, photographs, logos and other materials supplied for production. Think Pro Images accepts no responsibility for unauthorised material supplied by customers.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Services and products are supplied subject to applicable UK law and statutory rights.

Changes & Governing Law

Think Pro Images reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The applicable laws and courts will be determined by the relevant jurisdiction within the United Kingdom.
